Jaipur: The Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) Tuesday sealed eight cafes and food outlets in Malviya Nagar zone for operating without mandatory RMA trade licences. Civic officials said the establishments were earlier served notices and directed to obtain licences, but failed to comply within the stipulated deadline.The action was taken against outlets including Love Over Coffee, Shree Govindam Bhojanalaya, JMD Bakers & Fast Food, Nothing Before Coffee, Starstud Cafe, Cafe Diona, TCT-The Coffee Tree and Mumbai Local, located along Tonk Road, Durgapura and nearby areas.Corporation officials said the establishments would remain sealed until they obtain the required licences or further orders are issued. Operators were also directed to comply with all licence-related norms and regulations.JMC commissioner Om Kasera appealed to owners of hotels, restaurants, cafes, sweet shops, bakeries and food factories operating within JMC limits to obtain valid trade licences before commencing operations.
