Jaipur: Team V Polo and Team Rambagh/Kanota/Mayfair Polo recorded contrasting wins on the opening day of the RPC Cup-II (4-goal) tournament here on Tuesday.Team Rambagh/Kanota/Mayfair Polo edged past Team Mayfair Polo Estate 4-3. Hurr Ali struck three goals, while Pratap Singh Kanota chipped in with a goal. The other players representing the winners were Lokendra Singh and Divyamaan Singh.

For the losing team, Ranshay Purohit slammed a couple of goals. Allan Shaun Michael also added a goal but could not prevent defeat. For the winning Team V Polo, Gonzalo Yanzoon (4), Vishal Singh Rathore (3) and Nimit Mehta (2) were the goal scorers. Mahendra Singh also played for the team.

On Wednesday, Team Mayfair Polo Estate will face Team Jaipur at 5pm at the Rajasthan Polo Club Ground. Along with this, the second match will be played between Team V Polo and Team All stars at 5pm at the PPC Ground.
