Jaipur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Saturday announced a series of development projects for Tilanesh village in Nagaur district, including a library-cum-Atal Gyan Kendra, a Rs 1.18-crore bitumen road connecting Ramsari village to the Jobner-Butati State Highway, and the beautification and renovation of Shivsagar Taalab. He also directed officials to resolve local issues, including waterlogging, on priority.The announcements came during the CM’s interaction with villagers at a chaupal over tea after he undertook a morning walk through Tilanesh following an overnight stay in the village.Sharma interacted with residents, visited agricultural fields and reviewed local development requirements. During his visit, he spoke with farmers about crop conditions, irrigation, input costs and challenges facing the agriculture sector.The CM also announced that a cooperation branch would be set up in every gram panchayat to strengthen the rural economy. He said the Rajeevika programme was helping lakhs of women become economically self-reliant through livelihood opportunities and self-help groups.
