Jaipur: Team Optiemus Achievers registered back-to-back wins in the KogniVera Polo Cup (8-goal) at the 61 Cavalry Ground here on Wednesday.Dhruvpal Godara was the chief architect by scoring four goals as Optiemus Achievers trounced Team Aravali 7-3. Besides Dhruvpal Godara, experienced campaigner Shamsheer Ali contributed a couple of goals, while Daniel Otamendi chipped in with a goal. Aryamaan Singh also played for Optiemus Achievers.
For Team Aravali, Manuel Fernández Llorente waged a lone battle with three goals. Other players from the team included Raghuram Hari, Devender Singh and Kuldeep Singh Rathore.Continuing the tournament, three matches will be played on Thursday.The first game will be held at the PPC Ground at 11 am between Team Jindal Bedla and Team Thunderbolt. This will be followed by the second match at the PPC Ground at 12 noon, featuring Team V Polo and Team Aravali. The third encounter of the day will be played at the Rajasthan Polo Club Ground at 3.30 pm, where Team Jaipur will play against Team Chandna Polo.
