Jodhpur: Two brothers drowned while bathing in a pond at a farmhouse in Ujaliya village near Jodhpur Saturday afternoon. The victims, Vikas (12) and Kishan (10), had entered the pond to cool off amid intense heat and humidity gripping the region.According to Karwad SHO Lekhraj Sihag, the boys were sons of Bhanwararam Bhil, a local resident who works at the nearby farmhouse. “Around 1pm, the boys climbed into the pond to bathe, but due to its depth, they began to drown,” he said.A relative who witnessed the incident raised an alarm. tnn
