Jaipur: A delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (Rajasthan School Education) Monday met joint director of school education, Jaipur division, Manju Sharma, and submitted a memorandum raising issues related to pending salary benefits, promotions, teacher postings and pay discrepancies.The association demanded the timely clearance of pending financial upgradations under Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) scheme, which provides teachers with higher pay after completing specified periods of service. It also sought a review of teachers sent on deputation to different offices and schools to identify unnecessary postings. Other demands included timely promotions and clearance of pending salary differences and arrears.Sharma assured the delegation that the pending issues would be addressed at the earliest.
