Kota: An official of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and a taxi driver were killed while another NHAI official sustained injuries after their taxi rammed into a container trucvk on NH 52, at Bhanwarsa Ghati in Jhalawar Sadar police station area Wednesday.NHAI officials Sandeep Upadhyay (60), resident of Ahmadabad, and Sanjay Trivedi (49) from Nimad in MP, were returning to Bhopal by taxi after attending a meeting in Kota, Jhalawar DSP Harshraj Singh stated.The taxi driver, Kamlesh alias Banti (25), a resident of Bhopal, was killed on the spot. Sandeep succumbed to injuries at SRG hospital while Sanjay remains under treatment there.
