Kota: Following a complaint to Baran SP by around 40 girls of Pachhad’s Govt Tribal Girls Ashram Hostel and hostel in-charge Mamta Gautam, district police Sunday registered a case against coach’s husband, Premshankar Meena, for allegedly harassing and molesting the girls. Police recorded statements of the girls and Mamta Gautam. However, their statements before the court are yet to be recorded. The accused has not been detained.This comes after the girls and the hostel superintendent gave separate complaints to SP Abhishek Andasu Sunday.Around 40 tribal girl students of the hostel along with hostel superintendent Mamta Gautam approached and demanded action.The complaints stated that coach Ramsarekha Bai Meena’s husband, Premshankar Meena, often entered the hostel in an inebriated state, harassed and molested the girls. The situation worsened last Saturday when Meena scaled the hostel wall at 8 pm and molested and verbally abused a few minor girls.
