Jaipur: In a significant step in collaborating with international law enforcement agencies and bring to justice criminals wanted in the state who had fled abroad, the Rajasthan anti-gangster task force (AGTF) Monday succeeded in getting Jagdeep Singh, alias Jagga, a prominent member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, detained near the US-Canada border.The operation was conducted in collaboration with the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers who detained Jagga, a key operative under gang member Rohit Godara. He had been under AGTF’s radar for a long time due to his involvement in serious criminal activities across Rajasthan and Punjab, and is wanted in over a dozen pending cases, with arrest warrants issued by courts in Rajasthan for offences, ranging from jumping bail to attempted murder.
