Jaipur: Hyderabad consolidated their position against Rajasthan at the end of the rain-curtailed Day 2 in the Col CK Nayudu U-23 Trophy Elite match at the Jaipuria Vidhyalaya Ground here on Monday. In reply to Hyderabad’s big first innings score of 361, Rajasthan were struggling at 12 for the loss of a couple of wickets. Both the Rajasthan openers were back in the pavilion without doing much. Sachin Yadav was castled by Prithvi without opening his account, while fellow opener Dharmveer Saini was caught by Pattapu Raghava off Dinesh Rathod for 6 (11b, 1×4).At stumps on Day 2, skipper Rohan Rajbhar (2) and Karan Lamba (0) were batting at the crease.The hosts still trail by 349 runs with eight wickets in hand.
