Bhilwara: A couple and their son were killed when a speeding car hit their motorcycle on NH-758 near Bigod town in Bhilwara district on Friday afternoon. The driver abandoned the car and fled.Bigod police station in charge Jai Sultan Kaviya said the accident occurred near Yash Pavan Dham on the Mandalgarh-Bhilwara National Highway.The victims were identified as Bhagwan Bagaria (63), his wife Deu (56) and their son Ratan Bagaria (24), all residents of Rupaheli village in Bhilwara district’s Sadar police station area. They died on the spot.Bigod police took the bodies to the mortuary at Bigod hospital. A case was registered following a complaint from the family, and the bodies were handed over to relatives after post-mortem examinations.Local residents said the stretch near Yash Pavan Dham had become an accident black spot and alleged that effective road-safety measures had not been taken despite repeated accidents.
