Voting will be held Wednesday in Bhilwara Nagar Nigam and Bigod Palika
Bhilwara: Polling will be held Wednesday in all 70 wards of Bhilwara Nagar Nigam and 25 wards of Bigod Nagar Palika. Polling teams were dispatched to their respective booths Tuesday after completing final training.District election officer and collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu said Bhilwara Nagar Nigam, the district’s largest local body going to the polls, has 2,96,682 voters across 70 wards. In Bigod Nagar Palika, 13,675 voters across 25 wards will elect their councillors.As per the schedule issued by the State Election Commission, polling for councillors will be held from 7am to 6pm.Sandhu appealed to voters to participate in large numbers and exercise their franchise.
