Jhunjhunu: Jajod police in Sikar district Tuesday seized 30kg of ganja plants being cultivated in a field of Nimeda village.Police said the plants were found growing in a field in the Dhamola Johra area of the village. Acting on information, a team led by Jajod station house officer Girdharilal Deegwal reached the spot and seized the plants.A case has been registered and further investigation was handed over to Thoi police station. Police are probing who cultivated the cannabis and the purpose behind the illegal cultivation. They are also identifying others allegedly linked to the cultivation.
