Jaipur: The Fern Jaipur, Series By Marriott will organise a ten-day Gujarati Food Festival at Restaurant Conversation here from May 15 to 24, 2026.“We are delighted to inform you that for the next 10 days we will be serving authentic Gujarati delicacies at our very own Restaurant Conversation – 2 in the evening from 7 pm onwards till 11 pm daily. For this festival we have specially hired an expert from Gujarati Chef Vikram, who has done plenty of Gujarati Food Festivals in our Ahmedabad Fern Properties and all over India,” said a press release issued here on Wednesday by General Manager Amulya Nidhi, Cluster General Manager – The Fern Rajasthan, Series By Marriott.Among the menu there will be a list of star dishes authentically famous in Gujarat.“In starters we have Methi Na Gota, Lilva Kachouri, Bhungla Bateta, Mini Handvo Bites, Surti Khamani, Patra and so on. Main attractions are Sev Tamatar nu shaak, Undhiyu, Tuvar Lilva Shaak, Gujarati Kadhi, Dal Dhokli, Bhakhri and so on. In breads, Thepla, Bhakri and more Meethe mein Malai Basundi, Mohanthal, Ghughra, Sukhadi,” added a press note.These are a few delicacies among a lot of more favourite foods from Gujarat.
