Kota/Udaipur/Alwar: In a concerning development, three mini secretariats across Rajasthan were thrown into chaos on Wednesday following a series of bomb threats, all of which were later found to be hoaxes.The threats, received via email at the govt buildings in Baran, Pratapgarh and Alwar, triggered widespread chaos and prompted immediate security operations.The first threat was received at 6am at the Baran mini secretariat, warning officials to evacuate the premises by 2pm.Hours later, at 10am, the Alwar mini secretariat received a similar threat claiming that ammonium nitrate phosphate had been planted in the building, set to detonate by 2pm. Pratapgarh’s mini secretariat also received a threat in the afternoon, completing the trio of incidents that disrupted administrative work across the state.In all three locations, authorities implemented swift evacuation protocols and deployed comprehensive security measures, includingbomb disposal squads, dog units and forensic teams. Emergency services, including ambulances and fire brigades, were stationed at the affected sites as a precautionary measure.
