Jaipur: Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) has intensified its hiring efforts to strengthen industrial infrastructure management across the state. After appointing 39 engineers last week, the corporation has completed the application process for 121 additional posts in various cadres.A senior RIICO official said preparations are underway to conduct written examinations for the new positions. The corporation expects the recruitment to ease staff shortages, enhance services for entrepreneurs, and accelerate the pace of development and maintenance in industrial areas.The newly recruited engineers will be deployed to oversee infrastructure projects, including road construction, building works, and other development activities in industrial zones. RIICO currently manages nearly 450 industrial areas through 33 unit offices, making the expansion of its workforce critical to sustaining operations.Officials noted that site engineers will play a key role in ensuring timely execution of projects and improving facilities for industries operating in these zones. The move is seen as part of RIICO’s broader push to strengthen Rajasthan’s industrial ecosystem and attract greater investment.
