Jaipur: The Rajasthan State Badminton Ranking tournament, organised by the Jaipur District Badminton Association under the auspices of Rajasthan Badminton Association (RBA), will be held from July 23 to 29 here at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium Indoor Badminton Hall. Performances at this all-important tourney will determine the Rajasthan team for the upcoming North Zone Badminton Championship.Manoj Dasot, RBA vice-president, stated that the week-long competition will feature matches for the Under-19 boys and U-19 girls category, as well as senior men and women. Approximately 800 players from across the state will participate in the competition, including approximately 600 boys and men and 200 girls and women.All necessary arrangements have been made, keeping in mind the convenience of players, officials, and spectators, and extensive preparations have been made to ensure the event is a success.He said that through this state level ranking tournament, the players will get a golden opportunity to showcase their talent and the players who perform exceptionally well will participate in the North Zone Badminton Championship representing Rajasthan.
