Rajasthan Para Throwball Association’s new executive committee formed

Jaipur: A new executive committee of the Rajasthan Para Throwball Association has been formed under the auspices of Para Throwball Federation of India.According to the appointment letter issued by the association, office bearers have been appointed to various positions and assigned the responsibility of strengthening the organization across the state.In the new executive committee, Brajraj Singh Shekhawat has been appointed president. Lalit Sharma has been assigned the responsibility of general secretary, while Gaurav Solanki has been named treasurer.In addition, Rishabh Rajvanshi and Sushila Saraswat have been appointed vice presidents. Pappu Singh and Nemichand Yadav have been elected secretaries, and Hiral Rathod has been given the organization minister post.The association has expressed confidence that the newly formed executive committee will work effectively towards the development of para throwball in the state, providing better opportunities to disabled athletes, forming district-level units, organizing training camps, and strengthening Rajasthan’s participation in national and international competitions.It is noteworthy that Rajasthan’s active role in the field of para throwball has increased significantly recently. National level competitions have been successfully organised in the state and Rajasthan is also playing an important role in the preparations for the upcoming Asian level competitions.Newly appointed general secretary Lalit Sharma said that the main objective of the organisation is to promote disabled players through sports, provide them national and international platform and give a new identity to para throwball in Rajasthan. He informed that soon the outline of membership drive, formation of district units, training camps and various competitions will be announced. The association has appealed to the players, sports trainers, social organisations and sports lovers of the state for cooperation in the development of para throwball.
