Jaipur: The Rajasthan Ball Badminton Association’s executive committee election for the term 2026–2030 was successfully held here on Saturday, in accordance with the established election schedule and rules. Held at Hotel Vesta Maurya Palace, Arvind Marg, MI Road, Jaipur, the election process resulted in unopposed elections for a total of 15 posts on the association’s executive committee.The election process was conducted under the supervision of the association’s duly appointed election officer, Hemant Kumar Jatav, principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Ballabhgarh, Bharatpur (Rajasthan). Authorised observers from the respective sports organisations were also present during the election process.

Presence of authorised observersDuring the election process, V Hemantha Ramana, secretary, Hyderabad Ball Badminton Association from Ball Badminton Federation of India and Surendra Singh Gurjar, general secretary, Rajasthan State Olympic Association were present as authorised observers.Following the completion of nominations, scrutiny of nomination papers, and other necessary election formalities under the prescribed election process, voting was not necessary as there was no more than one valid candidate for any post.
