Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) issued notices Tuesday to commercial plot allottees in the Transport Nagar scheme who have not yet started construction despite the conditions mentioned in their allotment letters. They have been given three months to begin construction.JDA commissioner Siddharth Mahajan said allottees must start construction within the given period and inform the zonal office concerned. If they fail to do so, the authority will cancel the allotment of the plots as per the terms and conditions of the allotment.The commissioner also directed officials to regularly review vacant and unused plots in the Transport Nagar scheme and take action against allottees who have violated the rules. According to the JDA, the move is aimed at ensuring that the allotted plots are used for their intended purpose and that planned development of the Transport Nagar scheme is not delayed.
