Ajmer: A husband and wife were killed while their three children were injured after an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle in Jwaja block of Beawar district Wednesday.According to police, Jaswant Singh (36) and his wife Sunita Singh (34) were travelling to their nearby village with their three children on a motorcycle when a speeding vehicle allegedly hit them from behind near the Jwaja turn and fled the spot.Locals gathered at the scene and informed the police. All five were taken to Beawar govt hospital, where doctors declared Jaswant and Sunita dead. Their bodies were shifted to the mortuary.The injured children, aged seven, five and two years, were referred to JLN Hospital in Ajmer after primary treatment. Police informed the relatives of the deceased and registered a case. Further investigation is underway.
