Jaipur: Leader of Opposition Tikaram Jully on Thursday took a jab at Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, suggesting that the CM should shift his residence to New Delhi, as he is unable to devote time to Rajasthan. He said the CM is making dozens of trips to Delhi but was not able to bring even a penny for the state so far.Jully said the CM is not able to make decisions, adding that the situation for Sharma has become such that he cannot make decisions until a slip comes from New Delhi. “The govt elected by the people of the state is not present in the state but is instead marking its attendance in Delhi. The slip-based govt does not have time to discuss public interest issues in the state, and when the opposition asks questions, the head of the govt and their ministers give evasive answers,” said Jully.Jully said that even before the visit of BJP’s National President JP Nadda to Rajasthan, the CM again embarked on a tour of Delhi. He said that more than a year and six months passed, and this govt proved to be a failure on every issue. He stated that there is no law left in Rajasthan, and only mafia rule is increasing here. Questioning the CM’s policies, Jully remarked that the CM claims there is no shortage of budget, yet panchayats are not receiving budgets, pensions, or scholarships.tnn
