Ajmer: Police teams from three stations in Ajmer district traced six missing minors from different locations, including Madhya Pradesh, Didwana-Kuchaman district and Delhi, and reunited them with their families. SP Harsh Vardhan Agarwala Thursday honoured the teams involved in the operations.In one case, a woman named Beena had registered a report on April 21 at the Pushkar police station that her two daughters and son were missing. A police team was constituted that, acting on CCTV inputs, tracked that the children had gone to Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh to meet their relatives. The team travelled nearly 1,000 km and brought them back within 20 hours.In another incident, a case was registered at Gagal police station on April 20 that two minor girls were missing from Ladpura village. Police later traced them in Padmapur village in Didwana-Kuchaman district. Police are probing the circumstances under which they reached there.In a third case, a report was registered at Adarsh Nagar police station on April 17 by Kishan Lal Gujjar, a resident of Bhawata village, about his minor son missing for the last two days. Acting on the information, police started searching multiple locations, including Meerut, and finally traced the boy in Delhi.Police said investigations are ongoing to ascertain the reasons behind the children leaving their home.
