Jaipur: Karan Beniwal and Manish Meel struck a brace each as Zinc Football Academy drubbed Rehan Football Club 4-0 in the Rajasthan A Division Football League tournament here on Monday.Three matches of R League A Division Football League, organised under the joint aegis of Rajasthan Football Association and Poornima University, were played on Monday.The first match was played between Brother United Football Club and Jaipur City Football Club in which the latter won 2-0. Mahipat Panwar scored the first goal in the 23rd minute of the match and Harsh added one more goal in the 45+2nd minute of the match.Zinc Football Academy outclassed Rehan Football Club 4-0. Karan Beniwal and Manish Meel scored two goals each for Zinc FC. Karan Beniwal scored the first goal in the 36th minute and the second in the 68th minute. The third goal was scored in the 76th minute and the fourth in the 78th minute by Manish Meel.The third match was played between Sunrise Football Club and Jerthi Football Club in which the former won 6-2. Kushagar (1), Diyasan Rawat (6), Md Sufiyan (24), Chitranshu (60), Bittu Pradhan (71), Vishal Barman (73) scored goals for Sunrise FC.Rajasthan Football Association secretary Dilip Singh Shekhawat said that the R League, which started on March 20, will continue for one month. Out of a total of 42 matches, 33 have been played so far. The next three matches will be played on April 22.
