Alwar: A hotel manager has been booked for allegedly raping a woman in the Tahla police station area of Alwar district, police said Saturday.In her complaint, the woman alleged that she had gone to the hotel for work around 8am on April 17 when the accused forcibly raped her around 12.25pm. She also alleged that the manager threatened her with consequences if she disclosed the incident.Following the complaint, police registered a case and launched an investigation.Officials said the survivor’s medical examination has been conducted. The accused is currently absconding and efforts are on to trace him.Police said further investigation is underway.
