Jaipur: Panchayati Raj minister Madan Dilawar will start a four-day foot march, ‘Jan Hitay-Jan Sukhay Yatra’, covering 24 villages in Ramganj Mandi constituency in Kota district from Friday.Dilawar said the foot march is intended to ensure that eligible residents receive benefits under state and central welfare schemes. “Yatra will also review pending grievances and applications submitted during rural service camps organised by the state govt, while identifying people who are still not covered under key public welfare programmes.” He highlighted state initiatives for nomadic communities, stating that 20,000 families were given free residential land deeds and will be included in the next phase of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
