Jaipur: Twenty students were injured at Manipal University Tuesday after an iron square crane-like structure collapsed during Holi celebrations on the campus.Officials said Holi celebrations are organised on the campus every year. However, this year the structure reportedly lost balance after some students climbed onto it.
“This was an unfortunate incident. No major injuries were reported and the situation was brought under control. Three students were given first aid at the campus medical facility, while the others were taken to Manipal Hospital for treatment. All students are safe and were discharged after treatment,” a senior university official said. tnn
