Patwari held for taking bribe: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Udaipur team Thursday arrested a female patwari while she was accepting a bribe of Rs 8,000. The accused, Priyanka Nalwaya, demanded the bribe in exchange for providing a certified copy of the land mutation. Deputy SP ACB Sonu Shekhawat said the complainant filed a complaint against Priyanka, the patwari in Badgaon Panchayat Samiti.The complainant, in his report, stated that Priyanka sought the bribe for providing papers related to mutation. The team verified complaint and conducted the operation Thursday. tnn
