Tonk clerk absconding in exam cheating case held

Jaipur: Rajasthan Police’s special operations group (SOG) Thursday arrested Dinesh Kumar Meena, a junior clerk posted in Tonk district, who was on the run in the case of a cheating racket in the 2021 patwari recruitment exam. Police had announced a cash reward for his arrest. Three others were arrested for allegedly helping him while he was absconding. Police identified them as Shubham Falodiya from Madhorajpura in Jaipur Rural, Ajay Kumar Meena from Chatarpura in Jaipur, and Mahendra Kumar Meena from Lalsot in Dausa district.VK Singh, ADG (ATS and SOG), said Dinesh is accused of facilitating dummy candidates in several recruitment exams, including the 2021 patwari and LDC exams and the sub-inspector exam. He allegedly worked with his brothers Manoj Meena, Deepak Meena, and their maternal uncle Mahesh Meena to run the operation. In many cases, impersonators also succeeded in interviews.
