JHUNJHUNU: In a horrific road accident on Thursday near a petrol pump on Shrimadhopur bypass road in Sikar district, a passenger tempo and a pickup truck loaded with cattle feed collided head-on. Three people died painful deaths in the road accident. The collision was so severe that the tempo was completely crushed. Three people, including the tempo driver, died painful deaths on the spot.After the accident, a traffic jam situation arose on the bypass road, and chaos ensued at the scene. According to eyewitnesses, the speeding pickup suddenly went out of control and collided with the tempo. The accident was so horrific that two bodies got trapped under the pickup truck, while one deceased had to be pulled out from the tempo.Police reached the spot on receiving information and started relief work with the help of villagers. All three bodies have been kept in the mortuary of Shrimadhopur hospital. After the accident, the pickup driver fled from the scene, whom the police are searching for. The deceased have been identified as Sunil Bijaraniyan (Shrimadhopur), Pradeep Chauhan (Shrimadhopur), and Omprakash Aichara (Mau). Shrimadhopur police are investigating the matter. The families of the deceased have been informed.
