Jaipur: Twenty-five people had food poisoning in Jhunjhunu Sunday after they attended a wedding ceremony at Jamuna Resort the previous night. All of them complained of vomiting and stomach aches.According to sources, the wedding ceremony had been organised by the family of Uttrasar resident BJP leader and former panchayat samiti member, Ganesh Singh Shekhawat. Several people who ate food at the wedding ceremony complained of vomiting and diarrhoea later in the morning.After receiving multiple complaints of food poisoning, chief medical health officer, Dr Chhote Lal Gurjar deployed a team of doctors to meet the patients and provide treatment to them.A team led by food safety officer Lalu Yadav, reached the resort and took samples of sweets, milk, curd, and paneer from the caterers.
