Kota: An 18-month-old toddler was attacked by street dogs in Gulabbadi area of Rampura in Kota Thursday with the incident being captured on CCTV. The incident took place at around 6.30am when the child, Manvi Jain, was playing on the street in front of her house with her grandfather. During this, three dogs suddenly ran towards Manvi and attacked her. They grabbed her in their mouths and dragged her for approximately seven feet. The toddler screams alerted the neighbors who came outside upon hearing the commotion. Her grandfather, who was walking a short distance away, rescued her and took her to the hospital. She had sustained around three wounds on her back and four bite marks.
