Jaipur: Team Jaipur will lock horns with Team Krishna in the final of the SMS Gold Vase (out of hat) Cup Polo tournament on Sunday.In the second semifinal played at the Rajasthan Polo Club Ground on Saturday, Team Jaipur secured a win against Team RPC 8-5.5 to book their place in the final. Padmanabh Singh was the top scorer with 3 goals, while Yogendra Singh and Harshodaya Singh added 2 goals each. Divyamaan Singh Dujod also chipped in with a goal.On the other hand, Tarun Bilwal and Allan Shaun Michael struck a couple of goals apiece. Vigrahraj Singh Chauhan and Narendra Singh also played for Team RPC.Earlier on Friday, Team Krishna Polo defeated Team Kanota Polo 7-5 to secure their place in the final.From the winning side, Vishal Singh Rathore delivered an outstanding performance by scoring 5 goals, while Sidhant Singh and Ashwini Sharma added one goal each. Yashovardhan Singh Gular also played for the team. On the other hand, for Team Kanota Polo, Pratap Singh Kanota and Allan Shaun Michael scored two goals each, while Vikramaditya Singh Barkana added one goal. Lakshyaraj Singh also played for the team.The final of the tournament will be played on March 8 (Sunday) at 5 pm at the Rajasthan Polo Club ground. The match will be played between Team Jaipur and Team Krishna Polo.
