Jhunjhunu: The district administration will deploy 2,600 security personnel for the annual Baba Shyam birth anniversary fair at Khatu Shyam Ji, the famous religious site in Sikar district. They will include 1100 police personnel, 500 Home Guards, and 1,000 private security guards.Around 10 lakh devotees from across the country are expected to attend the two-day affair starting Nov 1. Strict safety and security arrangements have been put in place along the darshan route considering the size of the crowd, Khatu Shyam police station SHO Pawan Chaube said.Separate teams have been formed to oversee crowd control, traffic management, parking and security, so that devotees do not face any inconvenience, he added. Additionally, two surveillance drones will be in use for real-time check. TNN
