Jaipur: State Election Commission (SEC) commissioner Madhukar Gupta Tuesday said that One State, One Election (OSOE) is not possible until the Constitution is amended. Speaking to mediapersons, Gupta said following the Rajasthan High Court’s directive, the urban body and panchayati raj elections in the state would be conducted soon where the five-year term has completed. tnn
