Jaipur: A 36-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run by a speeding trailer truck in Kardhani area while he was returning home on a motorcycle late Wednesday night, police said. The deceased was identified as Manoj Kumar, a resident of Satda village in Churu district.Police said Kumar worked as a carpenter and lived in Vishwakarma area. He was travelling from 200-Feet Bypass towards Vishwakarma Road No 14 on the express highway when the trailer truck hit his motorcycle from behind, causing him to fall onto the road along with the bike. The trailer then ran over him, and the driver fled with the vehicle, police said. tnn
