I create catchy phrases and acronyms to remember key points, and prepare a timeline for each History chapter, which I display near my study area. For factual information that requires memorisation, plotting comparative tables has proven particularly effective,” said Kumari.When attempting questions, she focuses on identifying key words before writing. For three and five mark questions, she includes small timelines, diagrams, or maps to make her answers more engaging.“My go-to resources are NCERT textbooks and CBSE sample papers, supplemented by regular practice of application-based questions. These resources have been instrumental in helping me apply concepts effectively and assess my understanding,” she added.Kumari said that by following these strategies, she is able to effectively manage the vast amount of information and handle Social Science with clarity and confidence.
