Jaipur: The district administration Friday blacklisted Anjuman Vikas Sansthan, an agency operating under the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC), after detecting serious irregularities in the implementation of Shri Annapurna Rasoi scheme. A penalty of around Rs 13 lakh has also been imposed.An inspection conducted on the directions of district collector’s directions revealed that duplicate, double and incorrect coupons were being issued, in violation of scheme guidelines, affecting transparency and depriving eligible beneficiaries.The matter was reviewed in a meeting of the district-level coordination and monitoring committee, which unanimously decided to blacklist the agency. Officials have also been directed to tighten monitoring to prevent such lapses.
