Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court, Tuesday, stayed the decision of Board of Management, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), to hand over RUHS Medical and Dental Colleges to the state govt. The court also granted the state govt time to file its reply in the matter. A single bench of Justice Sudesh Bansal issued this order Tuesday while conducting a preliminary hearing on the petition filed by Dr Prakriti and others. Counsel for the petitioner, Ajay Shukla, told the court that the Board of Management of RUHS held a meeting on Jan 25, wherein it was decided to handover the medical college and dental college under the university to the state govt.
