Jaipur: Hearing a public interest litigation (PIL), a High Court division bench of Justice Indrajeet Singh and Justice Ravi Chiraniya maintained status quo on construction of a building near the golf club in front of the High Court here.Additional advocate general Manoj Sharma sought time to file reply on behalf of state govt, upon which the court directed the chief secretary and the UDH secretary to submit their reply within three weeks. It said that if they failed to do so, they should appear in court on April 23 and submit their response.The court also disposed of an application filed by some members of the golf club seeking to become parties in the case and granted them intervener status.
