Jaipur: A single judge bench of Rajasthan High Court Friday issued notices to the state govt, NEET PG Admission Board, and the National Medical Commission in a dispute related to the allocation of NEET PG dental seat.The court also provided interim protection, stating that “the rights of the parties shall remain protected.” The next hearing is scheduled on July 21, 2025.Siyaram Gurjar filed the petition. Tanveer Ahamed, his counsel, said, “The petitioner is an MBC category candidate under the state quota for a Master’s in dental surgery. Despite securing 335 marks in NEET MDS 2025 and being first in merit in the MBC category, he was denied admission due to wrongful allocation of seats in Round 1 counselling held on July 11.” tnn
