Jhunjhunu: A collision between a car and a Scorpio SUV coming from the wrong direction left a 45-year-old retired Army soldier and his 22-year-old daughter dead and seven passengers in the SUV injured late Sunday evening in Sardarshahar area of Churu. Ramphool Meena, SI at Sardarshahar police station, said the deceased, Satpal, was retired from the army and was working as a security guard at SBI’s branch in Pallu. He along with his daughter, Mamta, was returning to Pallu from a wedding. tnn
