Jaisalmer: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Thursday inspected security arrangements at the BSF outpost in Kode Wala (Khajuwala) in Bikaner and interacted with soldiers and officers there. He praised their exceptional bravery during Operation Sindoor and emphasised that development and security of border areas was a priority for his govt.Encouraging the BSF personnel, he said, “You stand at the forefront of the nation’s defence.” He extended Independence Day greetings to the BSF personnel and female soldiers tied rakhis on the chief minister’s wrist. Union minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, BSF Rajasthan Frontier IG M L Garg, Bikaner Range IG Hemant Sharma, divisional commissioner Vishram Meena, BSF Bikaner Sector DIG Ajay Luthra, and other officers were present.Later, Sharma participated in a Tiranga Yatra in Nal village.
