Bhilwara: Five-year-old boy Himanshu, who was critically injured in collision with energy minister Heeralal Nagar’s escort convoy vehicle Sunday at Gopipura turn near Devli on National Highway 52 in Tonk district, died during treatment at the SMS Hospital in Jaipur late Monday night. Himanshu was referred from Kota to Jaipur after the accident. His death has left his family devasted as he was only son among five daughters. When Himanshu’s body reached his home in Tonk Tuesday, it caused an uproar and heartfelt grief among the community. The boy’s mother and grandmother were in an unconscious state, unable to cope with the loss.Three policemen and one electricity department employee travelling in the Bolero vehicle were also injured in the accident.
