Jaipur: BJP Sunday launched a blistering attack on former chief minister Ashok Gehlot after the arrest of his former personal security officer (PSO) and the PSO’s son in the 2021 Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment paper leak case.Leading the charge, former Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore accused Gehlot of “the biggest betrayal of the dreams of Rajasthan’s youth.” In a social media post, Rathore wrote, “This is not about an ordinary person, but about the personal bodyguard who, for years, had access to all of Gehlot’s private information.”Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, reacting to questions on the latest arrest by the Special Operations Group (SOG) on Sunday in Jodhpur, said, “The investigation will reveal the extent of the accused’s connections. Whoever has played with the future of the youth, and whoever has broken the trust placed in institutions that the entire state relied upon, must face strict action.”
