Jaipur: Senior Jaipur shuttlers Vikkas Sharma and TS Bisht excelled in the Yonex-Sunrise All India Masters Ranking Badminton tournament 2026 in Agra on Thursday.While Vikkas won the gold medal in the men’s doubles 50 plus category with his partner PJ Parimelazhagan, Bisht bagged the bronze medal in the men’s singles 40 plus section.Vikkas and Parimelazhagan stunned top seeds Rajneesh Bhatia and Deepak Saxena 18-21, 23-21, 21-12 in the final. In the semis, Vikkas and Parimelazhagan ousted Arjun Singh Gour and Shailendra Pawah 21-13, 21-15.In the men’s singles 40 plus semis, Yashraj Singh Rathore shocked third seed TS Bisht 21-11, 15-21, 21-12. Earlier in the quarters, Bisht accounted for Munir Mohammad 21-14, 21-9 to enter the last four.TS Bisht, an employee of AG Office, Jaipur, had earlier won several medals at the state and national-level badminton tournaments.
