Bhilwara: Pratap Nagar police arrested five women and four men during a late-night raid at a spa centre in Patelnagar area of Bhilwara city Tuesday. Police said illegal activities were allegedly being conducted under the guise of body therapy at Mansarovar Beauty Salon and Spa Centre near Mansarovar Lake.Bhilwara SP Dharmendra Singh said a special team was formed under station in-charge Rajpal Singh and the raid was carried out after a decoy customer was sent to the spa. Following negotiations for prostitution inside a cabin, police teams swooped in and arrested the accused.Among those held were three women from Delhi, one from Udaipur and one from Thailand, along with customer Parag Chaturvedi, Dathal resident Kailash Jat, operator Ramratan Kumawat and helper Jagdish Prajapati. The accused were held under Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and other relevant sections while further investigation is underway.
