Times News NetworkJaipur: Dense fog and shivering cold conditions disrupted normal life across Rajasthan for the third consecutive day Tuesday, severely affecting road, rail and air traffic in several parts of the state. Poor visibility led to the cancellation of eight early morning flights, while one was diverted to Jaipur. At least 10 Jaipur-bound trains, including the Ajmer–Chandigarh Vande Bharat Express, arrived late at Jaipur railway station.Other delayed trains included the Jaipur–Bhopal Express. According to the meteorological centre, Dungarpur recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the state at 3.0°C. In most parts of Rajasthan, even daytime temperatures remained below 20°C, resulting in a severe cold wave.Residents in Jaipur, Bikaner, Bharatpur and Ajmer divisions woke up to dense fog on Tuesday morning. Visibility dropped to as low as 50 metres on city roads and state highways, forcing vehicles to crawl and increasing the risk of accidents.
