Jaipur: The state govt Friday filed an appeal in the division bench of the Rajasthan High Court against the order of its single bench that asked the Rajasthan govt to conduct early elections to the panchayats and civic bodies. The division bench of Justice Avneesh Jhingan and Justice BS Sandhu has scheduled the hearing on Aug 25. tnn
