A division bench of Rajasthan high court Thursday stayed the gazette publication of JDA’s notification of Aug 12 regarding change in alignment in construction of a 100-foot-wide road from the airport to Haldi Ghati Circle at Pratap Nagar in Sanganer. The court asked the JDA secretary to appear before it on Aug 20 with complete records of the plan. The division bench of Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and Sanjit Purohit gave this order on the petitions of Ajay Marg Nirman Sangharsh Samiti and others. tnn
